The Commonwealth Law Conference (CLC) is a prestigious event that brings together legal practitioners from all over the Commonwealth to debate current issues affecting practice and the profession, exchange views and experiences with colleagues and get up to date with the latest commercial products and services.

The 17th Commonwealth Law Conference will take place in Hyderabad, India from 5 - 9 February 2011 and it is anticipated that over 1,000 lawyers, judges, and legal academics from 54 Commonwealth countries will attend. The theme of the conference is 'Emerging Economies and the Rule of Law: Challenges and Opportunities' and the diverse business programme will cover human rights and the rule of law, corporate and commercial law and the legal and judicial professions.
